3.1.3.12. The oil pump

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The oil pump is in front of the block of cylinders and is resulted from a cranked shaft.
2. Remove поликлиновый a belt.
3. Remove a gear belt.
The prevention

After that a cranked shaft and a camshaft any more do not turn.
4. Remove the bottom and top parts of the oil pallet.
5. Turn away a tension roller of a gear belt.
6. Turn away directing roller of a gear belt.
7. Turn out a carving stopper on the right over a tension roller.
8. Turn away the oil pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace a sealing ring of the oil pump. A sealing edge and an external surface of a sealing ring slightly oil. Запрессуйте a sealing ring заподлицо.
2. Replace the oil pump only in gathering.
3. A sealing lining of the oil pump replace, the pump put and tighten bolts the moment of 10 Nanometers. At installation of the oil pump watch a pulley of a cranked shaft.
4. Wrap the cleared carving stopper over a tension roller the moment of 45 Nanometers.
5. Tighten a tension roller of a gear belt the moment of 45 Nanometers.
6. Tighten directing roller of a gear belt the moment of 20 Nanometers.
7. Tighten the top and bottom parts of the oil pallet the moment of 10 Nanometers.
8. Establish a gear belt.
9. Establish поликлиновой a belt.
10. Fill in oil, insert the index of level of oil.
11. Execute a control trip and check up the oil pallet on tightness.
