THE GAUGE OF THE STREAM OF AIR (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Arrangement of the gauge of a stream of air (engine ADR)

On engine ADR the gauge of a stream of air is established on the top cover of the air filter.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover.
2. Disconnect an air branch pipe from the gauge (engine ADR).
3. Disconnect a socket of connection of the gauge (engine ADR).
4. Turn off fixing screws and remove the gauge.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark fuel tubes and disconnect them from the fuel distributor.
2. Remove воздухозаборный a branch pipe.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the gauge.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a connection socket.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove a potentiometer or the gauge.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF AIR IN THE INLET COLLECTOR (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a connection socket.
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove
The gauge.

THE MODULE OF POSITIONING THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal and module installation are spent similarly to a potentiometer throttle заслонки.

The gauge is established in the speedometer block, and for its replacement it is necessary to replace a speedometer.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge about the one fourth part of a cooling liquid from the engine.
2. Disconnect a socket of connection of the corresponding gauge and unscrew it from a nest.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a socket of connection of the gauge.
2. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove the gauge.

THE CASE THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ (ALL SYSTEMS)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect an accelerator rope.
2. Disconnect connection sockets, vacuum and air hoses.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the case throttle заслонки.

INJECTORS AND FUEL COLLECTOR (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a vacuum hose, fuel tubes and hoses from the fuel
Collector.
2. Disconnect sockets of connection of injectors and the Hall gauge.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a fuel collector.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator.
2. Remove a fixing clip and remove a regulator from a fuel collector.

Installation

THE HALL GAUGE (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a socket of connection of the gauge.
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the gauge.

Disconnect a socket of connection of the gauge and unscrew the gauge from a final collector.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove furnish panels.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove casings of the electronic block of management.
3. Turn off fixing screws and remove the electronic block of management, having disconnected a connection socket.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

FUEL INJECTORS (КЕ)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect sockets of connection of injectors.
2. Remove cooling branch pipe if it is necessary.
3. Remove a fuel collector (if it is necessary), turn off nuts of connections and disconnect fuel tubes.
4. Remove injectors.
