THE CASE THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an air branch pipe of the case throttle заслонки.
2. Disconnect fuel hoses and wires from the case throttle заслонки.
3. Disconnect an accelerator rope.
4. Turn off fixing bolts of an intermediate flange (arrow) and remove the case. Remove an intermediate flange if it is necessary.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

FUEL INJECTOR

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an air branch pipe of the case throttle заслонки.
2. Disconnect a connection socket.
3. Turn off the fixing screw and uncover.
4. Remove an injector and consolidations.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF ARRIVING AIR

The temperature gauge is established in an injector cover.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

THE MODULE OF POSITIONING THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an air branch pipe of the case throttle заслонки.
2. Disconnect an accelerator rope.
3. Disconnect a socket of connection of the module.
4. Turn off fixing screws and remove the module.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

POTENTIOMETER THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

The potentiometer is located in the bottom section throttle заслонки and is not subject to replacement.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check up, that resistance between plugs 1 and 5 (models with a mechanical transmission, fig. at the left) or 1 and 7 (models with an automatic transmission, fig. on the right) was between 520 and 1300 Ohm. At opening throttle заслонки on one quarter resistance between plugs 1 and 2 should increase with 600 to 3500 Ohm, between plugs 1 and 4 (models with a mechanical transmission) or 1 and 6 (models with an automatic transmission) with 600 to 6600 Ohm.

THE SWITCH OF SYSTEM OF IDLING

The switch is a part of the module and is not subject to replacement. Remove the module of positioning throttle заслонки.

ДЕМПФЛЕР THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Squeeze out an accelerator pedal.
2. Mark installation position демпфера, turn off a lock nut and unscrew демпфер.

Installation and adjustment

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check up, that the lever throttle заслонки lowered плунжер демпфера (1) on 4–8 mm at closing throttle заслонки. If it is necessary, adjust position демпфера so that at completely closed throttle заслонке between the lock screw throttle заслонки and backlash A in 0,05 mm was an emphasis. 2 – a counternut.

THE OXYGEN GAUGE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The gauge is established on a final collector. Disconnect a socket of connection of the gauge and unscrew the gauge.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Twirl the gauge till the demanded moment of an inhaling. Connect a connection socket.

GAUGES OF TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge about a quarter of a cooling liquid from the engine.
2. Unscrew the corresponding gauge and disconnect a connection socket.

Installation and adjustment

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

THE ELECTRONIC BLOCK OF MANAGEMENT

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove furnish panels. Turn off fixing screws and remove a casing of the electronic block of management.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove the electronic block of management, having disconnected a connection socket.

Installation is spent upside-down removals.
