The prevention

At measurement axial люфта проворачивание коленвала it is not supposed.

The lock plate 3 is subject to obligatory replacement.

The lining 4 is subject to obligatory replacement.

Covers of radical bearings 6: the cover of the first bearing settles down from outside a pulley коленвала. Pay attention to the displaced arrangement of bed under the loose leaf of the bearing and inflow of bolts of fastening.

At installation of persistent half rings of covers of radical bearings 8 pay attention to orientation of rings.

The top loose leaves of radical bearings 9 establish together with persistent half rings.

The bottom loose leaves of radical bearings 10 невзаимозаменяемы.

Epiploon 13 выпрессовывайте by means of the adaptation 320 3. Before installation slightly grease working and external edges. Establish with the help оправок from the complete set 2080 A.Zapressovyvajte against the stop оправкой from the complete set 2080 And.

At installation of the oil pump 16 watch correct landing on коленвал.

Linings 17 and 18 are subject to obligatory replacement.

Epiploon 20 remove with the help приспособеления 2086. At installation do not grease, as from ремкомплекта greasing is put on an epiploon in advance. Establish by means of the adaptation which are a part ремкомплекта. Remove the adaptation and запрессуйте оправкой 2003/1 against the stop.

Before removal of a flywheel 22 put ориентационные labels in relation to коленвалу.

Bolt 25 tighten with the moment 350 Н.м. Also tighten on 1/4 turns (90 °).


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pistons and rods.

2. Check up a free wheeling of a shaft by means of the special measuring tool or by means of measuring probeов.
3. Covers of radical bearings should be numbered.
4. Loosen the bolts of covers of radical bearings.
5. Get bolts.
6. Remove a cranked shaft.
7. Remove loose leaves from the block of cylinders and remove half rings of the central bearing.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a cranked shaft solvent and dry up its compressed air.
2. Examine bearings of a cranked shaft on presence of wear tracks, scratches, corrosion or cracks. Потрите a copper coin on the bearing. If the bearing erases copper, means, its surface is too rough, and it is necessary for processing.
3. Examine a cranked shaft on presence of cracks or other damages.

4. Measure diameters of necks radical and шатунных bearings.
5. Check up necks of bearings on конусность and ovality.
6. Check up necks of epiploons of a cranked shaft on presence of wear tracks or damages. If epiploons have wiped flutes on necks new epiploons will pass oil.
7. Measure shaft palpation.
