THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

On models with ABS disconnect the accumulator before the work beginning to prevent air hit in module ABS.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove forward wheels.
2. For reduction of losses of a brake liquid remove a cap of a tank of a brake liquid and tightly close a mouth a polyethylene film or press corresponding brake hoses.
3. Disconnect a socket of connection of the gauge of deterioration. Disconnect a brake tube from a support.
4. Turn off bolts of fingers of a support and remove a support from the car.

Partition

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a support of a dirt and a dust.
2. Get the piston and remove duster.
3. Remove consolidation of the piston from the support cylinder.
4. Carefully clear all elements in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid.
5. Examine all elements and replace worn out or damaged elements. Replace plugs of fingers of a support if it is necessary.
6. At assemblage check up, that all elements were absolutely pure.
7. Grease new consolidation and establish it in a flute in the support cylinder.
8. Establish duster on the piston and insert the piston into a support.
9. Establish plugs and fingers.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.
