Wrong adjustment of the mechanism of a gear change	To check up, if necessary to adjust.
Greasing of a support of the lever of a gear change is necessary. Infringement of correct landing of details of the mechanism of a gear change.	To grease the gear change mechanism, to replace faulty details.
Залипание or the raised friction of a conducted disk of coupling on шлицах a primary shaft. Corrosion of a nave of a conducted disk or damage at installation. Infringement of centering of a nave of a conducted disk	To check up шлицы naves on absence of the destructions, if necessary conducted disk to replace. To remove corrosion and the rests of greasing from a nave and with шлицов a primary shaft. On шлицы a primary shaft to put very thin layer of greasing G 000 100. To remove surplus of greasing by disk moving on a primary shaft in both parties. If the nave is not aligned, check up position of aligning plugs. Check up a condition of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling, a holder of the bearing, a press disk and directing bearing коленвала. If necessary to replace.
Too small выступание a press disk (the disk of improper type is established)	To replace press a disk.
