9.1.8. A disk of coupling and a casing Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission for access reception to coupling.

2. Mark position of installation of a casing of coupling on a flywheel.

3. Keeping a flywheel, turn off fixing bolts of a casing of coupling in a diagonal order. Remove bolts.

4. Remove a casing of coupling and a frictional disk from a flywheel.

Survey

Examine plates диафрагменной springs on presence of deterioration and scratches. If depth any scratches exceeds 0,3 mm, replace coupling.

Examine press and a frictional disk, and also a flywheel on presence of deterioration or damages and replace them if it is necessary.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a frictional disk on a flywheel.

2. Establish a coupling casing on a disk.

3. Acquire fixing bolts and establish a frictional disk precisely on the centre of a casing of coupling and a flywheel.

4. Gradually in a diagonal order tighten fixing bolts of a casing of coupling till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
